"Fantastic room with ample storage space. Modern decor, very clean bathroom, separate toilet/vanity/shower. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child and it still felt roomy. Great to have a kitchenette also so we could heat up meals and buy groceries. Close to bus stops with buses only a10 minute ride to Central Kyoto. Loved our stay there! The staff really make it special - they are lovely, friendly, helpful, engaging. We stayed there for a long stretch, and it was our favorite hotel in Japan by far.
