“일단 건물 자체가 짓다가 만 분위기에 실내 마감재나 집안 여기저기 상태가 허접하고 끝처리 제대로 안 돼서 불쾌감이 들려고 하는데 바닥은 얼마나 걸레질을 안 했는지 발바닥에 먼지가 까맣게 온 가족이 묻어서 돌아다님~&욕실 한군데는 배수구가 막혀서 물 안 내려가고 뭔가 악취가 계속 남~~!!!개선이 마니 필요한 숙소!!!직원은 친절함~”

“Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place. ”

“Kids are excited about the in-room facilities. It’s good and clean overall, the only thing which can do better probably is the bathroom. There’s some stink came out from the drain. ”

“Ms. Manager Han is very friendly and adequate to our demand or questions. And she shw us a better way to enjoy JB an SG. The view from the property is excellent. Restaurants and markets are near and easily accessible. Nice to use text time, too.”

“2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). “Place is not bad”

“Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.”

“Very expensive for one night.the amenities is disappointed as we expect more. Don’t have wifi, the water pipe came out very slow and little. Not just that the house have a lot dust. The price for the homestay is not worth it for me to pay rm420 just for one night and for such price I expect more than that. Hopefully can get half refund for that.”
