“We are a family of 4 wirh 2 boys 10 and 13. We really enjouyed our stay. The food was very good and the prices in the restaurant is very reasonable. The staff was very friendly. Lucimda at the front desk was vwry friendly and helped us find 2 rolla away cots. The hotel is right next to a marina and the ferry landing so thay was super convenient. Also, the parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of trailer parking. The stay also cost us half of what it would cost to stay in Havasu Lake...

“새로 생긴 호텔이라 깨끗하고, 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 런던브릿지 바로 앞에 있어 걸어서 주변 산책하기 편해요. 조식은 원하는 메뉴를 말하면 직원이 담아주십니다. 오트밀도 있고, 요거트, 빵 등 기본적인 조식 메뉴는 다 있었습니다. 다만 런던브릿지뷰로 예약했는데 방이 없다며 시티뷰 방으로 주고 아무런 보상도 해주지 않았습니다. 이 부분에선 좀 화가 났네요. 고객 응대 서비스가 프로답지 못하였습니다. ”

“I booked this hotel after staying the previous night at a different hotel that was extremely dirty , ohh what a relief when i walked to my room and opened the door to a clean fresh smell scent , this hotel is everything you need to have a peaceful and restful night , the rooms have a nice lay out , great bed and pillows, everything was super clean and very quiet, the pool water was crystal clear , the breakfast taste amazing and had multiple options. I would stay here every time i visit lake...

“the picture on the travel site didn't match the room or on the actual hotels web site -we had to get the manager to come and get the fridge to work when we got there (which he did )we had to walk down to lobby cause the phone didn't work only to find out there was a different phone in the room on the other side of the room when the manager came up to fix the fridge once we got the small stuff figured out it was good”
