This is not a four star hotel. Maybe it was back in the 60s but I would solidly rate it a 2 star and I’ve had better 2 star hotels. we paid 450 a night for the privilege of sleeping in a double bed (instead of the queen we booked), with no toiletries, no change of towels or sheets or complimentary water, a sticky door, outdated furniture, the deafening sound of the fridge at night, the bandaid hanging from the ceiling, the shiny light of the fire alarm all through the night. The WiFi didn’t work (and the service at the park is bad, so you really need it). Just pay for any of the other lodges if you want to stay in the park. Their restaurant also has terrible service and pretty tragic food.
