“An old heritage hotel located in downtown San Francisco. Although it maintains the old fashionable style, you must be prepared for the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you enter the room. In addition to the hotel charge I paid by hotels.com, I must pay a daily urban fee of $35 and a 1.67% urban fee tax. If I had known in advance, I don't think I would have chosen this hotel.”

“The gym and club were fabulous, and the hotel historic. The sparkling wine at 5 PM was fun. My room was beautifully appointed and if you only used it at night would have been nice. However it was like a cave during the day with only a small skylight like window in the slanted ceiling. The room was so very dark during the day. The bathroom had a great window- but it was the bathroom! They should only use this room if it is heavily discounted or free. ”

“Excellent!! But it was very hard to find the lobby for the valet. There was any guys to recognize it. We have to park in the garage and paid 18 dollars for 7 minutes.”
