“Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. “We had a great stay at The Osborne hotel for New Year’s Eve, the location was perfect on the beach & a short (taxi ride) into town for dinner. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly & breakfast was good. The inside pool area was a little tired but I understand they were due to close for two months for some painting/refurb works. Would definitely go back, the children loved it”
