“Our whole experience was wonderful, from check in to drinks in the cocktail bar to dinner and breakfast. Valet parking was a tad expensive but so convenient. We intend to return before Christmas - think it will be lovely.”

“The whole place looked dented. The room was basic with very tired old furniture. We had no toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom. Obviously the staff don’t check the notices near reception. Still a poster advertising Mothers Day 2025 hung up. In the breakfast area some tables had tablecloths and others didnt”

“Fantastic hotel near the city center. Quieter area than the busy city centers. Across from the Thermae Spa, but has its own very nice facilities. One block from a Cafe Nero and Tesco Express. Short 5-10min walk from the train station through and open air shopping area.”

“It was a beautiful stay the manager Keigen made it even more special with her kindness it's no wonder I come back every year for my Anniversary an Birthday see you next year❤️”

“Lovely, spacious rooms, environment considered (no silly plastic cups/shower caps). I saw the pool and jacuzzi water being tested twice whilst we were there. Only thing was that we had to pay for parking, but that was because we booked with a third party. Book with hotel. Breakfast lovely, maybe a few more pastry/bread choices needed.”

“It was very clean and lovely staff and the view of the lake from our window was excellent, but other than that it was just a standard 4 Star hotel and not worth 217.00 pounds per night. The breakfast was ok but after our evening meal we were charged 10% service fee on top and a 5 pound tray charge, I assume that was for carrying the food out from the kitchen, I had them deducted it off the bill when we checked out. I think I was hoping for something special but it wouldn't”

“Stunning location, excellent breakfast but room 26 very disappointing. I guess we got the worst room in the hotel. (next to scaffolding hotel renovation) Breakfast staff very professional and made our stay worthwhile.”
