“Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for. Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference.”

“We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!”

“The hotel was lovely in a beautiful place and great views all round. We were upgraded which was great and the room was clean, great quality, comfortable and spacious. All the staff were very lovely and professional. The pool and sauna area was nice but I would say not to book this hotel for that as it was quite basic but a nice extra. “The hotel is in a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a room with a balcony with lovely views. The room was small and in need of an upgrade in my opinion. Older furniture. The bathroom whilst a good size with nice toiletries was also looking tired in parts. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate Sunday lunch in the restaurant.
