“Arriving you have to climb 8or so steeps and there was zero help with the luggage. Then you have to drive your car to a parking lot which is 5 minutes by car (as so many one-way streets) and then 5 minutes walk back. The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay.
