“How can they call that a four star Hotel. Its was a very hot day when we checked it , No air condition, and when we arrived in the room it was like an oven, They did not have the curtesy to open a window to try and cool down the room before we arrived. and we were given a small fan which all that did was circulate the hot air around the room, Checked the fan and the pat testing sticker was a year out of date. “Its high end with great decor and fab spa facilities. Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical.
