"호텔은 고급졌으며, 방도 크고, 청결했습니다. 아침 조식은 깔끔하게 나와 숙박하시는 분은 반드시 조식 드시는 것을 추천드립니다. 호텔 바로 근처에 빅밴, 런던아이, 트라팔가 광장, 피카드리써커스, 웨스터민스터 사원을 도보로 바로 이동하기 편리해 여행객들에게는 아주 좋은 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 가격은 비싼 편이나 가격에 맞는 서비스와 위치를 제공하므로, 가성비는 뛰어난 호텔입니다. 다음번에도 재방문 의사가 있습니다. 괜히 조금 저렴한 호텔 잡으려다가 런던 중심지에서 조금 먼 곳에 숙박하는것보다 돈을 조금 더 주더라도, 중심부에 있는 호텔에 숙박하시는것을 추천합니다."

"I really worried with the bad reviews especially mentioning the problem with the use of lift, I didn't realize much of inconvinience. For me it seemed a bit more than the normal level, only during the busiest time - check in/out time. The location is perfect for tourists also regarding the safety, as it is in the centre of the city and also being alongside of big street. Only what mattered for me was the dusts from towels and the room, cleaning condition needs more attention! Anyway staffs were also nice and I would recommend my friends for their staying. "

"It was very organized, safe, and clean. The first room I checked in during my 4-night, 5-day trip was noisy because of the London Pop in front, so I asked to change rooms. They said it would be difficult on the day, but I could change after checking out the next day. I packed my bags again and checked out the next day, and they safely stored my luggage. I enjoyed going out that day, and when I came back, I was able to check in to a quieter room. The service was great, and the front desk response was the best! The location is also good, so if you go to London, I definitely recommend this place."
