"The staff was very accommodating. Our first room was a little dirty so when we called down they immediately gave us a new room as well as an upgrade. The suites were very spacious. It's so centrally located that we were able to easily access the freeway as well as the convention center which was why we were there"

"It was a perfect stay from beginning to end! You have a wonderful staff, from the parking attendants to the front desk personnel, to the wait staff at the Noe restaurant. That was really the best part of our experience."

"Really loved our stay here. The room and hotel lobby were always clean, and I really liked the vibe and style. All the staff we interacted with were super nice and helpful. In the lobby they had a small cafe and a Korean pop-up restaurant that was delicious! There was a bus stop across the street and it wasn't too far from metro central for the trains. There are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance that were all great. My husband and I already decided when we left that if we travel to LA in the future we will stay here again"

"Enjoyed this property as a first time visitor. Signage was a bit confusing at first however I managed well thereafter. Restaurant pricing a bit high for breakfast buffet. I avoided the restaurant for lunch and dinner opting local eating establishments."
