We enjoyed onsite Mayan Ruins, snorkeled in a Cenote outside our room, pools, waterpark, rescue animals, wild animals like monkeys, coatis, and cats wandering in front of you, and top it off with all inclusive food and drinks! "i would like to complement Carlos. He was the concierge that was at the hotel when we checked in. He was one of the highlights of our stay. He definitely made our stay enjoyable as he made sure we knew our way around places to eat. He even booked a dinner for us for one of the best seafood restaurants to eat in the area. I had some issues with the staff at the Kin-ha club and he made sure he made us feel heard and sent us a bottle of wine to make up for the shortcomings of the staff at...

"Food was overall very good. Accommodations good. Nice room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Do not expect a the ocean to be nice and crystal clear. Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "
