“I came there for a convention and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff was great. There were a few things about the room, that were more annoyances that they'll probably get fixed, like the toilet running continuously and the refrigerator making noise. The thing that was pretty terrible that the hotel may not have any control over was the poor service at the hotel restaurant. It just seemed understaffed and just kind of lackadaisical waitstaff.
