“While the apartment itself was very nice and clean, the area and the building were disgusting. There was human feces in front of the building and the hallway smelled awful. It is regretful that the things that make this location bad are outside of the owners control.”

“Sewage in the sink, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, carpets stained. Like a worn out college dorm. 1 windo in entire 2 bedroom apt. Total garbage communication. We kept just being told that they were trying to reach the management and they were going to call a handyman. Nobody ever came when I say there was sewage in the sink I mean dried nasty sewage we could not use the kitchen.”

“I was locked out of my hotel the first night had to go to another hotel. Every night after that I had to be back to the hotel by 9 or I was locked out. Our vacation was ruined. The people will not refund my money they keep giving me the runaround it is nonsense!!!! ”

“Easy access to everywhere in the area ”

“Apartment is a nicely restored/remodeled unit, in a historic mansion, in a historic mansion community. Very neat place to stay. The 9 foot tall windows and 13 foot tall ceilings are amazing! The one piece limestone carved front steps are worth taking some time to appreciate (think of the work it took to do that in 1866!) as is the rest of the property. Be warned the upstairs bedroom does get a little warm, but setting the temp down on the thermostat an hour before bed remedied the situation...
