"Staff were pleasant, very friendly, and respectful. The Business Class Lounge staff, especially Jun and his colleagues were very attentive to our needs during our snack time and breakfast. The hotel is also right across the street from SM Mall, with lots of food options. Great stay overall!"

"An excellent stay, the staff are genuinely exceptional. The beach is beautiful and pool area was great. The location of the hotel is just far enough away from the more ‘touristy’ New Town to retain its exclusivity and difference between its 5 star rating and the other 3 or 4 star hotels nearby. "Sheraton was a luxurious stay, great views, good food. However, I was quite disappointed with the pool, which was tight. Granted Pool A was closed and being renovated at the time. However, from the looks of it, it’s also a bit small and limited in size. With the sprawling grounds. I expected Sheraton to have allocated more space to nice pools."
