"This place is a hidden gem, aside from the place being nice and clean, staff are very welcoming as well as the manager. Food has not much selection but you can request what you want their staff is very accomodating.the place is not for those who are looking for night life though unless you have a car to drive 30 minutes to Moalboal but that’s not what I came here for.. "Overall experience could have been great except that we personally don't like is that the property was beside/across or near cemetery and a funeral parlor/home. Another, the In-property parking is only good for 3 cars. The fourth car has to move in and out when the other 3 cars has/have to get out. Also, the bathroom shower needs to improve its water volume and pressure. We had the experience where the receptionist still collected us a cash payment even if we already fully paid the...

"I booked a twin room (that also said queen bed on the booking) and was given a small double bed. When I went to request a change the reception was already closed. The bathroom is so small and only a small amount of water comes from the shower."

"The staff are friendly and the place is good but it's far from the Main Street so we have to walk meters away to get taxi. Well, when it comes to financial reason the place is an ideal one. "

I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. "We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "

"The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. "The infinity swimmimg pool is awesome! The breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Our 2 year old son loved the bear at breakfast time. In our room, when you use the shower, water seeps out from under the door and gets the whole bathroom floor wet. This can be fixed by installing some type of seal on the inside of the shower door. Also, water seeps under the wall to toilet when using shower. Caulking need to be installed there to prevent it. Also, I wish there were 2 double beds instead of twins. That's not really wide enough to sleep with your spouse. Overall we had a GREAT time and our short time there was one of the most wonderful times of our entire vacation! Nice that you could eat a variety of foods at same location without having to get a taxi to go somewhere else."
