Worst hotel in my life.
Worst hotel in my life. I arrived at about 12 o'clock at night due to the flight delay. Check-in time had passed and the door was closed. I called because there was a phone number for late check-in, but I could not connect. I was going to be homeless, but I was able to sleep in the room with the help of other guests. I went down at six o'clock the next day and told the staff (I don't know her name) what happened last day and checked in even in the morning. But the staff did not apologize and just said that it was possible only by 6:30. I could not believe it. How could there be a hotel like this? This staff member was not only able to speak English but was also unkind and very rude. I could not understand how this person could work at the hotel desk. In the afternoon, I met another staff member, who spoke good English, was kind and apologized. Considering the staff I met on the first day, this hotel has 0 point, but it gives 2 points to this hotel because of this staff. Finally, ask the hotel. Refund the amount for missing first night.
