“It was nice but far from the city”

“Kiwi’s Hidden Resort is like a big house that serves bed and breakfast. Liesl was helpful with our check-in. There is no front desk per se but she is at the restaurant bar to help. There’s nothing fancy but it has everything we needed like a clean room with airconditioning , soft bed and warm shower plus wi-fi. It is a bit old but it is very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there are stairs to the rooms so it might not be suitable for elderly people. Thanks.”

“This hotel’s owner is very rude. She made mistakes but she still shouted to customers. Their rooms were over-booked but they refuse give us any refund. They found other hotel’s rooms for us but different facilities(no AC, no shower heater ) and cheaper price(-2000pesos). Who can accept that??? They wasted our time almost 3 hours. Finally, we tried to find police man then they gave us refund. The best way to avoid this bad saturation is book others hotel!!!”
