"Nice hotel in central Vienna. Located in the heart of shopping and dining street of Vienna. Old hotel but well maintained. Staffs were nice and assistive. Bedding is quite to soft and using spring mattress, which I don't like that much, but still comfortable. Air conditioning panel is quite confusing to operate but I can make it works after learning. Breakfast was good but not to the point of 5 star hotel expectation."

"This is a lovely small hotel with very nice staff, nice rooms, a lovely quiet spa, and amazing restaurant. It is close to all of the attractions and transportation.
