“Ill start this review by saying how lovely this hotel was as a whole, however there were some negatives that need to mentioned. 1. The room, although spacious, was being to look a little tired, and was lacking things you get for a similar price range. The most important of these being pillows. “We were greeted at the bar ahead of time and allowed to check in early. We had booked a twin room and was allocated a room on the first floor that was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linen very good. The room was rather too hot but a fan was provided. Staff were great. Breakfast the next morning was very good and cooked to order . I would definitely stay again. Free parking is a bomus.”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. “My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected.
