"The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "

Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! "When i booked it online, i was a little worried. But it turned out to be a great choice. It offers free shuttle bus from airport which saved us a lot of efforts. It is very clean. "A nice hotel located in the heart of Hong Kong, in Tsim Sha Tsui. Several points of interest are just a stroll away, as well as two MTR stations. We were travelling with two little children (4 and 1 yo) and our room was spacious and fit for our needs, definitely on the large end for the price we paid! The hotel is not in perfect conditions but overall acceptable. The room was clean although the couch had some visible stains. The service was a bit disappointing: we asked for some dishwashing...
