“The heritage hotel is great, the hidden entrance will bring you inside the Ming dynasty court to discover this little gem. Is like a jump in the Emperial Time. The service is polite and welcoming, but they don't have an appropriate information material to give to the clients about the local tourist attractions and how to reach them, even they can rent you the hotel's bycicles. The rooms are great, we stay in a cozy suite, but without fridge and mirrors except in the bathroom.”

“設施方面，建築物美麗，很配合周遭的環境，零靜，晚上可椅於露台欣賞夜色，食物質素可以的，由於價錢在當地來說是相當貴，而且酒店房唔多，是度假的休息的好地方﹗”

“Vi bodde en natt för att fira vår årsdag. Det var jättehärligt och läget är fint vid sjön. Vi gick längs med sjön också som var jättefin. Bodde väldigt bra med egen pool och egen hottub. Restaurangen var dyr och inte riktigt värt även om maten var okej. Hotellet har också ett privat strandområde som vi inte nyttjade men som jag tror att barnfamiljer kan tycka om. ”

“Our trip to Yunnan wouldn‘t have been made pefect without the stay in Banyan Tree Lijiang. The credit must go to the staff, Elin. Elin is always courteous and responsive. She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need. We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan. On the very last day of our trip, we went back to stay there. Elin went out her way to prepare a better villa for us. ...

“空港から見える近さだけど、ちょっと遠い。 ただ、20分ごとにシャトルバスが出ているので、バスターミナルで待っていればくるみたい。 朝5-6時は30分毎、おそらく夜も。 8階の部屋でしたが、シャワーとトイレがスケルトンでした。 バスタブはありませんでした。 朝食はそんなにうまくは無いけど、普通でした。 近いことがこのホテルを利用する唯一の理由かも。 料金はデポジット式で、先にクレジットカードで1200元をデポジットします。 その後、何も有料のものを利用しなければ、解除され当初の料金のみがチャージされます。 悪くはないけど、少し高いです。 ホテルに泊まりたい人にはいいかも。”

“We asked for a refund because the air con was not working and we were not informed on check in. This was the case for the entire hotel ! They brought us fans but it was still stuffy and too hot to stay in. They wanted to keep half of our payment as we had already ‘used’ the room for 3 hours but we literally left our bags in the room and went out for a meal and came back to realise this problem.
