“Enjoyed our stay here very much! Room was spotless. Pool is very clean and heated. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Many stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. Canyon about 20 min. away. ”

“I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. ”

“We met great couples. New friends for life! The food was good. I didn’t like we waited for towels for over a half hour at the indoor pool. I made 2 calls to guest services and spoke to someone directly and never received towels. We ended up getting to breakfast at 10:20, and the hostest was not very pleasant. She was like well breakfast is over. We explained what happened and only after asking for manger, which she stated was not available, then me asking for corporate’s number did she seat us....

“Hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Neighbors upstairs were running around but did stop at 11pm. Pool was VERY cold tho… otherwise no issues. Staff was friendly and attentive ”

“체크인하러 도착하니 소방차들... 세탁실에서 불이나서 소방차 출동했다함. 복도마다 냄새났으나 방은 괜찮고 늦은시간이라 다른대안이 없어 숙박함. 화장실이 더러움”
