My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was poorly lit and lacked basic amenities like a fridge, hair dryer, and body wash. The staff were rude during both check-in and check-out, which added to the negative experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt old, dark, and unsettling. I regret booking this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
