“Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! ”

“I stay here because it's one of the few hotels that have wood floors in the the rooms because I hate carpets on floors. ”

“I booked a room with a Jacuzzi. However, the first room I was put in had a Jacuzzi that did not work. I switched rooms the next morning, and the Jacuzzi there worked. The staff was very responsive. Other than that minor hiccup, my stay was very enjoyable.”

“We like the location of the hotel; it’s nearby quite a few amenities. We found the pool and fitness room, but our trip schedule didn’t allow us to a chance to enjoy them. We were saddened with the fact that there was no jacuzzi by the pool. We were also disappointed to see no hand soap in the room, and after a call to the front desk, their shipment of hand soap didn’t arrive on time either. We had to make our own accommodation for that. “The shower was not functional due to the rain shower head. The accommodation I.e. coffee, and breakfast's, were lacking.”

“Came into town for a ballgame and first stay is good so far. Nice staff, soft pillows and bed, great a/c in our room. We will come again..so easy to get to the ballpark and arena.”
