“only 2nd floor has a balcony, so I was the lucky one to get the balcony. The bed is quite high so I put some effort to go up to the bed. Room was clean, the staffs were always willing to help you, and the breakfast was fresh and warm. Location is nice since it's located in the old quarter area. The sink in a bathroom was kind of broken so the water often won't go down, but it was bearable for me. Hot shower available, which was so great beacause the weather of Hanoi in March is quite chilly.”

“中心部に近く便利です。その名の通り入り口がわかりにくいため迷いました。また、建物は古かったですが、夜を過ごす上では問題なく、延長してデイユースしましたが、市内観光の休憩拠点としても便利でした。”

“Very nice staffs. Hotel is in the heart of Hanoi. It's walking distance from everywhere. But it's also quiet, so you can take a rest from all honking noise.”

“I booked 20 mins ago befor check-in time and got an confirmation. That is why I go there but the door was locked and the staff came after I called.( If I didn't call her, she didn't know we were there) People live the room that I booked and didn't clean it. They do not host guests anymore I think. They asked after cleaning the room, we could stay there but I and my parents decided not to stay there.”

“Never mentioned extra charge for diferent floor, i was charged 5 dolar extra for going 1 floor down foe each night, i said nothing and paid. The room was not arranged every day even when i mentioned to the staf to clean. When she reserved the bus to sapaiahe pushed the for exyra, i said no problem for the mony but make sur i am in the front uper but actually got 12a , i asked to rent a motorbyke and she pushed her own but did not mention the oil red light problem . “Das Graffiti House hat mir super gefallen. Perfekt für solo traveler, Paare oder Freund*innen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber total ausreichend, sauber und gemütlich, sowie nett eingerichtet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr cool ist auch das rooftop.”

“나는 숙박을 하기위해서 잡은 것은 아니고 짐을 잠시 맡아두는 용도 및 샤워를 하기 위해서 잡은 것이었기 때문에 사실 방 컨디션 보다는 저렴한 가격을 선택했고, 따라서 만족도에 대하여 평가하기도 좀 어렵지만 우선 엘레베이터가 없으며 에어컨이 구식이라서 바람이 시원하지 않다. 그래도 그것 때문인지 배려차원에 선풍기가 각 방에 하나씩 있다. 만약 내가 배낭여행으로 방값이 저렴한 숙박시설을 위해서라면 충분히 갈 가치가 높은 곳이다. 물도 편의점보다 저렴하다!!! 2리터 되는 물이 500원(10000VND)정도다.. (350ml가 보통 마트에서 250원에 판다. 가격이 천차만별이라.. 내가 본 곳은 그랬다..ㅎㅎ) 하지만 가족여행은 비추천이다 ㅠㅠ 마지막 날 노이바이공항으로 가는 택시를 요청했는데 우리 인원이 많아서 16인승을 요청을 했으나 차량이 없었나보다.. 나눠서 가야하나 걱정했는데 직원의 계속된 노력으로 16인승을 타고 왔다. 고마웠다 ^^ 그래서 굿리뷰 작성중이다 ㅎㅎ”

“Enjoyed a different part of Ha Noi. Line was very warm & hospitable as host. Furnishings are pretty. Many areas, especially upstairs outdoor lounge were very unclean & needed wiping & sweeping to use, so we didn't, which is unfortunate as the lake view from roof is lovely.
