Staff were kind and nice
Room i had was nice with a beautiful balcony view
I really liked the pool but the chango (bird) fly around and may poop 🙄 also if you don’t notice they also poop in the pool and if your child play around it they may become sick but thats something not avoidable

Everything was great. The staff was polite and professional. The WiFi in the rooms was NOT good. The $65 resort fee was excessive for what it included, many amenities that most people don’t use.

We had an ocean view room in the La Brisas section of the hotel on the 3rd floor and that was the ideal location because you can access it from either the inside elevators or the outdoor stairs by the pool which was more convenient. ..."
