Great staff so helpful and sweet

I loved my stay here!! Staff were friendly and spoke amazing English! The location was perfect. Close to all the places to visit but away from the busy centers you don’t want to stay in

Great hotel and an amazing property in general. The Japanese gardens that they highlight on the website are even better in person and actually made many of the other local gardens look boring and a bit run down. The hotel is also very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! They really cared about helping you out! Good location though you did have to travel a little for food options outside of the hotel.

Clean hotel and great service. Conveniently located from the Kabukicho Airport Limosine Bus station located about 300 feet west of the hotel. There are various dining and a 7 Eleven on the ground floor as well as dining practically down every street. Shinjuku Station is an easy walk. Rooms were a typical Japanese hotel size, but smaller than Western branded hotels. If you're a Godzilla fan, this hotel is a must. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are dated. Beds a cheap and super hard!!! Staff is very nice and friendly though and our view was amazing. The area is also nice. Jo Terrace across the street has a ton of dining options. I liked the area and location. Rooms just need a serious facelift!!!
