Loved this property. Close to Hyde Park, full breakfast and restaurant was very good, friendly staff, cozy rooms, and great price point for location. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a residential area which is very convenient for Earls Court tube station. I’d booked a single room at a good price but was given a free double room upgrade. Friendly reception staff. Clean hotel and I would definitely book again.

Clean room, good amenities, and great location

The concierge Roberto from Brazil went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He was friendly always assisting us.

Room was very nice. Staff was excellent. Breakfast very good.

Didn’t receive any vip benefit at all. Lovely hotel. Nice that they topped up the snacks etc. would stay again. Would have loved to have had a bath in the room.

Very happy - was granted some flexibility at check in and check out and received lovely support from the door at exit. Maid service was great and the room while small was fine for just me.

Room was dated but adequate. It’s the staff and location that make the Abbey a worthwhile consideration for a place to stay in London. Lots of shops in the area to peruse and many good dining options! The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed their assistance!

From the minute this weary traveler stepped foot into the restaurant/pub I knew this would be a huge bonus to my trip other than just a room! The entire staff were amazing! The food was so delicious (especially the DEEP FRIED BUTTER CHICKEN - the lamb shanks, and many other dishes.The rooms were very cozy and the beds are big. I throughly enjoyed my stay .. the only drawback was that the fan on my thermostat didn’t seem to be able to be adjusted..so I assumed it was at a set speed. All in all this American loved the hospitality! Thank you all
