Property has lush beautiful well kept gardens. The pools are beautiful with thick soft towels and comfortable chairs. The spa services were very relaxing, professional with world class massage therapists.

Very good location, excellent staff but unfortunately the isolation of the room is bad.

Pros: Rooms were nice. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff work hard. Cons: NO BEACH! Beach is literally fenced off with barbed wire due to some financial dispute I am guessing. Was not disclosed at the time of booking. Barely any resort activities as the place was almost deserted. Restaurants largely closed. The one we ate at for dinner was not good with a huge wait between different dishes. Overall not a 5 star resort. Seems like it needs a refresh.

Great little area there with a few little restaurants but not very big. You will need a taxi to see anything other than the resort. The room was really nice. The people were great. Food was really good. Staff was great.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property and its staff. The property is beautiful, clean and has multiple amenities and activities. The staff is wonderful, attentive and accomadating. A special thanks to Hien, Y and the chefs.

Fantastic experience staying as a Expedia VIP. Our room was upgraded with some added perks. Staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, food was great and very convenient to walk down to the river for an evening walk. I doubt we would have received the same experience from a big chain hotel. Highly recommended.

Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*
