A lovely oasis in Hoi An! Amazing friendly staff ready to help with anything.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel. Beautiful gardens. Each room is unique in its decor. Spacious rooms with a balcony. Decent breakfast offerings. And a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you're looking for a serene, beautiful hotel located at the quieter end of Ang Bang (not that Ang Bang is ever very loud), this is the place. I would stay here again.

Little Hoi An was in an ideal location and all shops, markets, Japanese bridge, restaurants were in a short walking distance. While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed. Our room was comfortable and quiet but the view was a ‘wall’. Rather than ‘make a fuss’ the room was adequate since we only slept there. Breakfast service and selection was good. I would like to make mention that the soap/shampoo dispensers are glass, not plastic, and picked up by a loose top, accidentally dropping it and shattering on the shower floor! Of course we had to summon housekeeping for a glass clean-up. It was promptly taken care of however at check out we were ‘presented’ with a charge of 200,000 dong for the mishap.

The checking processes was inefficient. Waited well past the checkin time and had to approach staff 3 times before the keys were handed over. The villa we stayed in only had hot water for 1 of the 3 days which was dissapointing. The staff lack communication skills and seem very new to their roles. The food options at the hotel are not great and a little overpriced. The actual resort looks very nice and the villa, apart from the lack of hot water, was perfectly positioned close to the beach and pool. The pool itself does not have enough lounge chairs for the amount of people using it. The water is also very cloudy. Overall the experience was ok, but not up to expectations when considering the price of the room.
