"We got fire alarmed 3 times, which was annoying, obviously a fault somewhere. The pool needs more lounges, there was only 6, so often there was nowhere to sit. Staff were lovely, & very helpful. "

"Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. "

"Thank you to the Courtyard by Marriot. As soon as id arrived, the staffs were helpful and accomodating. However I need to mention Ega, she was my favourite, she was friendly, easy on the eyes and she had such an adorable smile. Again, id apologise for the inconvenience i had caused, i had carelessly took a longer than expected break and found myself on the missing person list back in Melbourne. "

"Fantastic Stay – Spacious Rooms & Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-appointed with great amenities. The buffet was well stocked with a variety of food. I especially loved the egg-ordering service, having them brought directly to the table without waiting was a great touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience, I would definitely stay again!"
