"Totally amazing stay for families in every way! Beautiful decor, super thoughtful touches everywhere you look, amazing play areas and delicious homestyle food. Only drawback is the scary narrow winding mountain road to get there, which makes it difficult to get anywhere else - luckily it was so nice that we didn't really want to leave the hotel anyways!"

"From the delicious meals to the excellent customer service, we felt that we were had boarded a luxurious ocean cruise and rather than checked into a hotel in the Alps. One can walk to hiking trails and jump on the cable cars directly from the hotel. Gerlos is a tiny tourist village filled with only hotels and restaurants, but there is a decent supermarket for grabbing drinks and snacks.
