The check-in person was friendly and very helpful, and.breakfast was very good. Room maintenance was poor. There was a dead roach next to the bed, and my dog tried to pull out used tissues from under the bathroom sink cabinet. Corners of the room were filthy. The TV was terrible, as the picture faded in and out. No USB charging ports.

The staff was great the breakfast was good , but the parking lot a lot of trash. He swimming pool was cloudy and the cement deck around the pool was in disrepair.

I did not feel I should have to ask to have my room cleaned and for toilet paper and towels. I was told I had to request my room be cleaned prior to 8:00am every day. I paid for a full week and this wS what I was expected to do. The key card didn’t work, I had to go to the front desk 5 times! Will not go back!

We have stayed here several times. This wasbby far the worst. The lobby, front of property is fine. But this stay we had two rooms. Both of them had awful water stains down the entire wet wall and in addition there was black mold that I'm fairly certain was beyond what a health department would allow.

The pics shown better than the actual place. The carpet was smelly and the bathroom has black molds around the tub and ceiling. The room was small and old. I would not stay there again. The property needs to be cleaned up to make better. It's just old and dingy.

Great location. Parking was very easy. Staff was nice enough, but not exceptional. The room was dirty - hair everywhere on the floor, in the sheets in the bathroom as if it hadn't been cleaned. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so it was uncomfortable.

My family has enjoyed our stay here it’s safe quiet convenient to everything we need. I seen a few not so good reviews but most issues aren’t the hotel’s fault it’s the guest’s who leave trash and Whatever else.I have seen the staff clean housekeeping is on top of the rooms and nice to interact with anytime I needed something they gladly gave me what I needed.

Upon arrival the staff checking me in was not friendly and could not find my other two rooms, I booked a total of 3. Once she found them so said of course it was a third party booking. I asked her about the pet floor and told her I need a floor without them do to my allergies and she said the 4th does not allow pets. Guess what dogs barking and it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Entering my rooms I had to remove the top blanket it has stains and one of the pillow had hair all over the pillow case. My door looked like it was broken into before. Breakfast the staff member was very short and angry with guest and was cleaning up before the allotted. Not all the staff was rude, the two I asked for assistance with extra towels and cleaning off the table were pleasant. The pool was green so we did not swim. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff members did not seem to care about the customers or show any interest in their jobs. No one smiled or offered a friendly greeting. Also, the pool water looked green and the water level was much higher than the posted depths, plus there were no lights on in the pool area.

I’ll start off by saying that the fire alarm went off TWO very long times (one in the afternoon and one at 2am) because of dust according to the front desk and both times there was a lack of communication. - Outside: The hotel looks like any other standard hotel. Easy access to everything. - Check in: Quick. Front desk associate was friendly. - Inside: The rooms were subpar: ripped carpet, cracked walls, and “black” spots EVERYWHERE. The bathroom was the worst room in the hotel: hair in the bathtub and drain, unclean counters/floor, and MORE “black” spots. The AC worked inconsistently. It was very loud. The room didn’t “feel” very clean. There is a weird smell in the hallway (doesn’t affect the room itself). - Pool: We picked a hotel with a pool for our children; however, we could only use the pool one time. When we tried to use it again, the water was covered with white foam and a greenish film. - Breakfast: Pretty basic (sausage, eggs, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt and pastries/muffins). We ended up going to Wawa. - Overall: 1/5. The hotel served its purpose for our short stay but I would not book again. There are MANY hotels in the area. Shop around.
