The check in staff was nice and accommodating. The room was very dirty. Hair in sink ton and bathroom floor. Crap stains on bathroom wall. Dirty bed skirts. Floors hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed in a long time. We had to change rooms because one had such a strong smell it was unbearable.

The property outside the building was decent and historic looking. However inside there many issues. Including water pressure, not having facial towels, no mini fridge in rooms, ice machine broken on my floor had to go to 1st floor for ice. Certain light bulbs were blown out in fixtures.

Tv didn’t work, even after obtaining the remote from the front desk. Hot/cold water are reversed in shower. Shower knob fell off and we fixed ourselves cuz no staff to help. Beds were horrific.
