Worn down doesn't care aboit cleaniness, at least we could sleep... a lot of people hanging around that didnt seem to be staying at the hotel.

One bed had a stained comforter the other bed had holes. Pull the sheets back to a flee. Open the door, turned on the lights and started killing roaches. Empty shampoo package in the bathroom . Trash cans outside overflowing. Two good takeaways, the clerk was respectful and the room ac was cold

Great and friendly check in and smooth and quick. Perfect last min reservation. Site is slightly run down and pool is closed and covered. But served us great. Clean beds and room. Shower was hot. Walked to whataburger for dinner right next door.
