"I will attach photos of what they show their property to look like versus what it looks like. I get that hotels age and don’t look like the perfect advertised photos but this was insanely different. I checked in for a week on a Tuesday and was told my assigned housekeeping day was Wednesday but since that was the next day I wouldn’t get service until the following week even though by then I would have checked back out on the Tuesday. They give you zero items in an extended stay place to cook or eat with, I don’t travel with pots, pans and utensils. There is no place to sit because whatever may have been in the room originally to sit on was gone and just a big empty space remained so I could sit on the bed or two 25 year old kitchen chairs. The place said no smoking everywhere but the hallways reeked of cigarette smell from the moment you walked in the building. They give you one roll of toilet paper, two disposable plastic cups, two cheap bath towels and two little wash towels (no hand towels). If you need more you have to go and buy them. The only room that looks like the website is the laundry room. The place serves a purpose but doesn’t seem to care about the comfort of their guests. "
