"Amazing in a million ways. Would happily stay here again. However, the beds are tiny. We had two beds for me and my two young adult children – there is no way 2 human beings over the age of six could fit in one of those beds. We asked for a cot and was told we couldn't get one. That was a big disappointment, but everything else about the hotel and the resort were wonderful. I would welcome hearing back from the management about this."

"This was my first visit to Phoenician and check in was pleasant. Sarah, I think was her name was especially nice! It’s a beautiful property- with great views. Some feedback- better coffee in the rooms; check to make sure everything works when rooms turnover. And make the rooms smell fresh.
