"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"Hotel is located close to Haram not suitable for people with walking issue or with wheelchair, as the hotel is on steep hill. Hotel provides buggy but at prayer time it is very difficult. The hotel itself is very nice and clean"

"This is my first online review, so I am a bit sad it has to go this way. I was initially excited to get a good deal on a 4 star hotel in Mecca in the middle of Ramadhan. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the front desk staff did not speak English. I was told to wait till 11:00 AM to get an English speaking rep.
