"I like this property and have stayed before. The check in is a bit iffy depending upon the staff checking you in. Bonvoy status usuall gets you something, but it’s not welcomed, but something to ask for. That’s a bit odd. The M Class rooms are great with the Club to step into at anytime for a refreshment or bit of snack, breakfast. Location is great in the heart of Portland. Rooms are very clean, fresh, contemporary."

"I love everything about this hotel. I stayed here while my husband underwent liver transplant at OHSU and the staff took great care of me. They were all so helpful and kind. They checked in with me daily. The food was amazing also. The location was amazing and the view was just the therapy I needed after spending days at the hospital."
