"Bed was the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. However, be forewarned: staff is scarce if you need something your usually hunting someone down, if you’re one the first floor you will hear every footstep/chair slide from the room above you. Wifi is weak at best. "

"Loved the hotel and the oldness of it. But front desk staff were soo nice, warm, and welcoming. The room was outdated, but we loved it. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The space was GREAT. The amenities were great. Only thing is our room did not cool down as much as we wanted it to, but we would love to stay again at this location if we made a visit to Reno. "

"We usually stay at the Courtyard near the ballfield, but the prices went through the roof for the dates we were coming to Reno. We decided to chance a casino stay and were pleasantly surprised! 1. Free parking ( Courtyard at the ballfield charges 15 a night) 2. VERY good concierge and staff. The man literally escorted us to the street ( its a confusing layout) and gave us the best walking directions to the ball field. 3. There were a lot of people, 3 casinos connected, lots of families, ...

"Everything was great from check-in to check-out! Staff were very welcoming and kind! Rooms and property were clean! Requests were handled quickly. Also provides continental breakfast! Quiet/peaceful! Highly recommended :) Also, wine provided was excellent and relaxing during our stay!"
