"We had a lovely time at City on The Hill. We were looking for somewhere secluded with a view of nature. Our cabin at did not disappoint. We stayed at Grace and it was perfect for our long weekend needs. We bought groceries with us and were able to cook breakfast and a few meals. We had a hot plate with us but there was also one provided in the cabin. There is an outdoor grill on site for use which we didn't get to use simply due to time constraints. So many other amenities were provided...

"It was a really cool experience. The wagon was wonderfully cozy. I do recommend ear plugs because I-40 is loud at night with Jake brakes, horns and sirens. Absolutely do it if you’re traveling that way. Whether you do the hotel right by the restaurant or do the tv park/cabins/wagons…just do it. Such a great old school travel vibe. If you’re at the rv park/ cabins/wagons you can take a limo with steer horns to restaurant and back."

"The hospitality and arrival welcome was very pleasing and sincere. Awesome place and close to surrounding events. Loved feeding the local deer, sun rises and sunsets beautiful. The stars at nite are so bright. Great nature trail and viewing of Mexican bats in the seasonal evenings within 10 minutes. We will be back when in the area."

"I had a wonderful stay here,it was so quiet and peaceful on the grounds. I saw deer very often just walking around,it was amazing. The cabin itself was quaint,it fit my family. It was close enough to town without it being overwhelming. The winery had many great options of wine. I got a flight and the guy pouring the wine was very knowledgeable and funny. I wouldn't definitely book here again."

The only downside was that a wild pig dumped over the trash near the office and parking lot.
