The front desk and all staff were so helpful and the rooms just as advertised. Great hotel and easy to get to places too! Definitely will be coming back."

"This was my first stay at this charming Hotel. It is small but the queen room was nicely arranged so that I didn't feel crowded. The decor was nice. This is a more European style hotel. The breakfast offerings were delicious and include gluten freed options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My one complaint was lack of help carrying in my luggage and transporting it to and from my room. I will stay her again if in NYC"

"Lucerne Hotel had wonderful staff, loved the 24/7 doorman; room was very nice and bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was not spacious though. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. Location was excellent with so many places to eat and felt safe. The American Museum of Natural History and Central Park are a 5 minute walk. "
