"Stayed here prior to a cruise. Very disappointed in the cost of a shuttle to the port $35 pp. we had taken a shuttle from Houston to the hotel at a cost of $26 for a much longer journey. Next time will stay closer to the port in a hotel with a free shuttle"

"It’s very unfair to rate this hotel right now. They are in the middle of a remodel and still renting rooms. I was able to check in at 2pm which was a plus. Lady at the counter was fantastic. Not many guests. Waffle House next door is a plus. Short walk to the beach. Needs more water pressure or a better shower head. "

" I had an okay stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth. However, I found it a bit tricky to locate the actual front desk area, which could have been better marked. The hotel's location is great if you're someone who enjoys being right on the beach, but keep in mind that it's quite far from other attractions and restaurants. If you're planning to explore the city, it might not be the most convenient choice....
