"A slight hiccup on water temperature forced a room change, so we didn't get started on the best foot. However, every single staff member went above and beyond to be courteous, professional, helpful, and kind. This included management, front desk, service technicians, and happy hour / breakfast staff. We felt incredibly welcome and taken care of. The rooms are Manhattan standard size (smaller than most US cities), but well laid out and comfortable. Location is just a short walk to Midtown...
