"The TV did not work. The phone did not work. There is no elevator to the second floor. We knew when booking that this place wasn't the Four Seasons but we had no idea how bad it would be!! The guy at the front desk really didn't care because he said it wasn't refundable anyway so be knew we couldn't get our money back no matter how bad the room was and even if we were there less that 30 minutes! There are very few places to stay in the area and it really shows. Make the drive to Lake Charles...

"Good pricing and decent room for the price. However, there was a dead cricket in the bathroom, the coffee pot had a "spent" coffee packet left in it, the A/C probably needed to have the filter cleaned or replaced since it has a slight odor to it, and the caulking around the tub area could use attention. It is the small details that make a decent room at good price go from just decent to outstanding. Breakfast should be served until at least 10 am to allow late risers to get up and get moving....
