"Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. There was work being carried out on the roof so there was protective boarding inside the lift but this was clearly explained on a sign. The in site parking is a plus, but the access is very narrow via the underground tunnel. And when they say the door closes quickly they mean it! The fact the apartment had a kitchen with dishwasher was great. The hotel is ideally located above the Westfield shopping centre, and perfect walking distance to the city centre...

"They sent directions to access the property which were easy to follow. The property is modern, accessible and on the whole clean and well kept. We had adjoining rooms which were spacious enough, one had a separate toilet to the shower and the other had a small kitchenette. Decor was nice, combining some wall art with raw industrial aspects. Beds were comfortable, staff pleasant. We did not dine and were only here overnight. Soundproofing was not great as we heard people chatting in the corridor...

"This is such a lovely hotel to stay at. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself The hotel was quiet despite seeming to have a lot of guests. Great location not too far from the centre of Lille. If I am in Lille this is where I choose to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. "

"Fabulous property, great location but still in a quiet area. The apartment was ideal for us, a couple. Maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase but for us it was ideal. A very lovely apartment, great communications from owners. "The staff are very warm and welcoming. They made us feel really well looked after and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Exceptional service. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and once in the room, it was spacious and comfortable. But The hotel is in a really convenient area - a couple of minutes’ walk from the Eurostar terminal and just ten minutes’ walk to the historic centre. "
