"Our stay was great, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The shower hot/cold function was backwards, so we needed to turn it to cold to make it hot. The TV choices were very limited and it was difficult to find the guide. But the staff was so friendly helpful. Al in all, a great stay. "

"We were very impressed with this location. Everything was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice and considerate. Parking was plenty. Rooms were maybe a little small but that's not a bad thing."

"The hotel is very quiet, set away from the main road by itself. I got a room with a balcony and it was a great place to sit and watch the sun set over the blue ridge mountains. Beds are comfy, bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels. Staff was super friendly and helpful. For dinner, my friend and I headed into Lexington (12 minute drive) where there are many nice little restaurants, and enjoyed browsing the art and craft galleries there the next day - what a pleasant surprise! This is my new favorite hotel on my route from Ohio to southern VA. if you're new here, take note that the breakfast room is far down a hall, past the pool (it took us a while to find it). Breakfast offerings looked nice, but we opted to eat in a coffeehouse in town instead. This is just a plain, nice little hotel, clean and quiet, just what we needed! Thank you, excellent staff!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our weekend stay. We enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel, which was different from your run-of-the-mill modern hotel. Had wanted to see the Natural Bridge for a number of years and we added a Va Tech football game too."
