"This hotel was not easy to find in the dark after your ferry arrives late. That said, we had a very helpful woman desk clerk who helped us get checked in late. The rooms are quite small, even smaller than what one finds in Swedish hotels. Parking was good, in several places, but it worked out for us. Food in the restaurant was very good, as was breakfast. So overall, a good experience for us in Visby at this hotel."

"We stayed in the annex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a huge living room. Only one shower though. Right on the center shopping street with restaurants so can be noisy with people and cars. You must take stairs to the first level. Breakfast is in the main building down the street."

"Staff will do everything to make sure your trip to Visby is a wonderful one. We had a personal emergency come up and the hotel owner sprung into action to make sure we could handle the situation as smoothly as possible from Sweden. Excellent breakfast included with gluten free options, room was lovely - old touches like stained glass and exposed brick wall but also modern, and the location was two turns away from the tourist hub, so it was quiet. The courtyard is lovely. Wouldn’t want to stay...

"The hotel is in great location; very near to the center of Visby but very difficult to find if you are not very familiar of Visby. There was no hotel name sign, only the house number. It was noisy during the night because of the music from the restaurants nearby and from the people from the neighbouring hotels or apartments having their parties. The hotel is not advisable for those who have difficulties with stairs since the rooms are in the 2nd floor and no elevators. Very difficult if you have...

"Lovely little boutique hotel. Nice staff, no fuss, great breakfast. Bed was nice, shower pressure great, and the room was quiet (although I visited during the off season, so it might be noisier from the outside during the summer). "

"I spent 5 nights and was in heaven. Beautifully decorated and kept up. It was like stepping back in time. Having a full kitchen is a great option if you would rather not eat out. WiFi is spotty but you're on a Viking island. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful time. "
