We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were in town for a dance competition at the Va Beach Convention Center which wasn't far from the hotel. We needed more towels for the room. Nicole the housekeeper was efficient and got us our towels and got ice as it was in another floor. Top Tier Service. We will stay again if every in town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the beginning as you enter the lobby, very refreshing look to say welcome to the Crowne Plaza. We stayed on the 5th floor the room was perfect with a wonderful view. My dislike was no microwave in the room or on my floor. We had to go to the lobby on the main floor. Other than that 4 out of 5 stars from my family. Thx for the stay

My family and I came from New York City to attend a funeral and after long ride to your State Virginia Beach we was so amazed by the hospitality and quality of the rooms was immaculate. I also I want to give a big shout out to the cooks for both nights especially the first cook. The food was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The property is under extreme renovation with contractors throughout. The staff is wonderful and I have high expectations that the renovations will be exciting. The staff-particularly Gwen at breakfast and Isaiah during the evening at the makeshift lounge were truly remarkable.
