"非常不好的經驗和不聞不理的溝通過程！ 提前兩個月使用app訂房的，明明看到顯示有空房才下訂，之後也收到確認信，結果一直在入住的前兩個禮拜發現屋主傳訊息要求取消該訂單，因為那個時間已經有其他人預定了，但我根本沒有收到屋主傳訊息給我的通知！！ 之後是試著透過app聯絡屋主了解狀況，都沒有得到回應，向平台反應也都沒有得到回應，後來因為疫情無法入住要取消，寫信給平台跟屋主同樣沒有得到回應！真的是很差的經驗！！！"
