I had the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. Not only was the room dirty. There were stains of what appeared to be bodily fluids on the bed skirt, the sink was clogged up, the blow dryer wouldn’t work, there were food crumbs all over the floor and to make matters worse I got a phone call to the room at 1:45 am.
When I explained to the manager, Jay, what had happened, not only was he not apologetic, but even had the audacity to contemptuously ask me if I would know how to spell his name, when I said I would unfortunately have to write a negative review about my experience there. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I feel it incumbent upon me to help others avoid such a bad experience in the future.
