We have been refunded by Expedia, because the Hotel announces kitchen options, which are not available. The Hotel didn't respond on my complaint, therefore I demanded a refund and received it. Very sad. The Hotel is nice in general and has a top location.

As close to St Marks square as you could stay. We stayed in a reasonably priced suite which was perfecto! Breakfast was fantastic. Location was a 30 second walk from the apartments. Great aircon was needed in the 35 degree heat and it was great. The only thing that was lacking was a kettle, however due to the fire risk I believe they're not supplied routinely.

This property is in the heart of Venice, walkable to many sites. The room was a bit shabby. New couch and rug would help while still maintaining the old Venice atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were excellent. Transportation to and from Venice is extremely pricy and this is not the fault of the hotel. The staff always steered us to reasonable choices.
